Type MLY hydraulic grinding and fluting machine is the special tool for grinding and fluting the grinding roller of big flour mill machine.It consists of bed,table,front cover,grinding wheel frame,grinding system,cooling system,hydraulic system,electrical system etc.It adopts the latest design with the advantage of compact structure,reliable performance and quality,convenient operation and maintenance.
This machine is configured as“T”shape.Headstock frame,square clevis frame,grinding frame and back clevis are fixed on the table,and move back and forth with it.The grinding wheel frame is fitted on the base of grinder which locates at the back of the bed.The slope plate is mounted at the back of bed.The fluting cutter carrier locates in front of slide carriage which is at the top of grinding wheel frame.Hydraulic system is in the machine and the cooling system locate at the back of the bed.The electrical system is in the box of the grinder base.The performance are:
①because the table is driven by hydraulic system with the advantages of smoothly traveling table,little noise and fast moving back and forth,the efficiency of this machine is high.
②Graduation transmission is separated from grinding transmission with the latest design and gear transmission.The machine has the advantages of simple and compact structure,even graduation,convenient adjustment and reliable performance.
③The plate-form and no-pipe connection technology adopted for saving pipe and easy assembly and disassembly and reducing leakage.
④For taking good use of the space in bed,and increasing sealing ability and good looking,hydraulic system(including oil tank),electrical system and grinding wheel electrical motor are all built in the bed.
⑤The reciprocating motion of table,graduation and cutter lifting,the forced lubrication are controlled by hydraulic system automatically to improve working condition and quality of grinding and fluting.
