BGBPa Barker (2nd Generation) is a grain skin treatment equipment developed by NGM. The main working component is a grinding chamber formed by a rotating emery friction plate on the rotor and a emery cylindrical stator. After grain enters the grinding chamber, the surface of the grain is cleaned by the rotating emery friction plate and cylindrical stator. The airflow sprayed from the blades inside the rotor to timely blow away the impurities that have been grinded. The grain enters the aspirator at the rear of the machine to remove the impurities, and the adjustment device can change the grinding force. When this equipment apply to wheat milling, it can reduce the ash content of wheat, effectively remove mycotoxins such as sickle, vomit, yellow koji, and gibberella and reduce the residue of crushed bugs and pesticides, extending the storage time of finished products.
